ESTABLISHED: A New Walk

ESTABLISHED: A New Walk calls believers to live differently because Christ has made them new. In Ephesians 4:17–32, Paul reminds the church that a changed identity must produce a changed lifestyle. We cannot keep walking like we did before Christ—shaped by empty thinking, darkened understanding, and hardened hearts. When we learn Christ, we learn a new way of living: putting off the old self, renewing the mind, and putting on the new.

This message highlights that spiritual maturity is practical. Growth shows up in our speech, our reactions, our work ethic, and the way we handle conflict. And at the center of this new walk is forgiveness. Established people remove bitterness, embrace kindness, and forgive as Christ forgave—quickly, freely, and fully.

An established church thinks differently, lives differently, speaks differently, and forgives differently. When Christ truly becomes your teacher, you cannot keep walking the same way.
